STAMPlorations Special Release Day 3

Hello Crafty Friends!

It's release week over at STAMPlorations. They are introducing 4 stamp sets perfect for Spring themed cards and more ...

Here are my DT pieces for DAY 3 featuring Softly designed by Sherry aka Shery Russ Designs ...

Adding colour without colouring is the theme of my first card where I stamped the florals on a sponged rainbow coloured background and finished off with a gold embossed sentiment and a few sequins.

When first seeing the floral stamp from Softly, I envisaged it partially fuzzy cut off the edge and backed with a subtle background. Rather than colouring, I felt it could look rather elegant silver embossed with a white background ...

or a pink one adding subtle texture with tissue paper.

Here is Shery's new set ...

  8. The black & white card is pretty. So often under utilized. Yet, the third one with the soft pink pop is so pretty too! Nice job.

  12. Wow! Both cards are amazing! Love how the image is un-colored. The partial cutting and tissue paper is a truck I will have to try. Thanks for sharing.
