It's Inspiration Time over at STAMPlorations. This week my teamies and I are showcasing stamps by our very own Deepti under her label 'Dee's Artsy Impressions'.
I decided to work with the Power Of Wordsto create a magical make. Here it is ...
Sprinkle Golden Sands Infusion Powder on a piece of whit card, spritz with water and the magic happens. I simply highlighted the stars with my gold Promarker and added the die-cut magical.
It's like a burst of little miracles off a magic wand ....

Over at STAMPlorations the CUTplorations Challenge is in full swing, and I just wanted to post a little reminder project for you to get your creative juices flowing. Here it is ...
I was drawing inspiration from the heart shaped flowers, did a bit of masking, stamping, embossing and inlaid die-cutting and added a few tiny hearts to finish.
I'm keeping it short and sweet today with one close-up of my card.

Welcome to January 2017 and the start of a new Mixed Media Challenge over at STAMPlorations. As you know Anything Mixed Media Goes as long as it is not a card and you use at least one stencil.
My DT contribution for January is ... an Art Journey page ....
I wanted to do a piece of work on canvas trying out a few things, and given that this week the Inspiration Girls were showcasing Shirley's stamps from The Bee's Knees Range, which are still available at a 10% discount apart from World Birthday Cakes at 20% discount until Monday 9th January, I thought I might go for some sprinkling of magic.

The theme for the Mixed Media Challenge is always Anything Mixed Media Goes except cards which means projects such as tags, ATCs, canvases, layouts, art journal pages etc,are perfect for entering, and you must have used at least one stencil (any brand) in your project. As you can see this post is going to share some projects I made for the Spotlight Tutorial Feature over at STAMPlorations. I am sharing a fun technique which makes it really easy to achieve watercolour look stamping. Their current Stamp Club set Artsy Tribal Doodles is perfect for this technique.
