STAMPlorations are having some new Ephemera ATCs which I am pleased to be showcasing today. They are called Vintage Blooms #2, gorgeous white blooms on a kraft background which I decided to colour.
Here is my second trio ...
Today's lot have been given coloured card bases and a more CAS feel than yesterday's. In addition they have all been turned into 'thank you' cards. Let's have a look at them individually ...
This little flower was watercoloured with my watercolour pencils. For tha card base and the sentiment I took inspiration from the colours used for colouring the flower ... wanting to keep things simple.
For my next card I used he same colour watercolour pencils as in my first card plus some yellow. I felt that the die-cut sentiment looked best attached to the card base rather than the ATC,
For my last card I went for a little more contrast with my mustard coloured card base. The iris had been coloured using alcohol markers. Like on my first card, the sentiment looked more in place on the ATC rather than the base card.
It just goes to show that coloured base cards can add a lot of interest to a card and create a great look where a white card base might have looked rather bland.

I've got to be honest, if you use the code and/or the link to the STAMPlorations Shop I provide in my posts for your purchases, I will get a little reward, at no extra cost to you of course.
I shall be back soon with another make. Until then ... have a lovely day!
