The Best Of The Season

Just a quick post today sharing my DT piece for the Inspiration Post over on the STAMPlorations blog ...

Just a quick card today as I'm in the process of rearranging my craft space ... never knew I had so much stuff 😂

Anyway this card was rather fun to make. I used the candle from the Christmas Joy set with the coordinating lasercut shape as my focal point. The white background panel was embossed with the Holiday Words stencil. I then choose a sticker sentiment and die-cut shape, layered it all up and finished off with a touch of glitter glue.

Thanksgiving Hop at STAMPlorations

Hi Crafty Friends!

It's time for the yearly Giving Thanks Blog Hop & Give Away Party over at STAMPlorations. Here is my project to say thanks for being in my life ...

My background was stamped directly on my card base using the Bloomfully Kindness florals and a stamp from Mixed Media Grunge with Hickory Smoke DI. I then picked the matching florals from the Framed Blooms Colorables, coloured them with alcohol markers and attached them in place before finishing off with a skinny sentiment.

Thankful Every Day

Hi Friends!

Just a quick post today sharing my DT piece for the Inspiration Post over on the STAMPlorations blog ...

I simply used one of the Newsprint Ephemera Tiles sheets of 6 tiles used it as my card front and cut the Thankful Every Day phrase die into it and kept all the bits. I cut the sentiment twice more from white card and layered it all up on my card front as shown.

November Christmas In The Air

Hi Crafty Friends!

I'm sharing a few projects for the Christmas In The Air feature over at STAMPlorations using their new Christmas In The Air Kit #3. Have a look ...

My first card uses the Winter Village stamp set from the kit in combination with the Thrill Of Hope phrase die and a little help from the Three Kings set for the stars.

Did you notice that the large stamp of the row of houses is perfect for stamping the background for the small row of houses? All you have to do is ink up the reverse to stamp the solid colour.

My second card is a slimline card which uses the small bell from the kit's stencil in combination with one of the Ephemera Tiles for the sentiment. The bells were stencilled with Saphire Glitter Frosting Paste.

The colour of the tile can easily be matched by sponging it with matching ink.

My last card is another slimline card using another one of the Ephemera tiles, this time with a little help from the Holly stencil. I don't have the slimline version of it yet, but I was able to align the standard size one in a way to naturally continue the pattern.

Warm Winter Wishes

Hi Friends!

Just a quick post today sharing my DT piece for the Inspiration Post over on the STAMPlorations blog ...

I used one of the new Framed Holiday Coffee Colorables and coloured it with alcohol markers ... a bit of frothy milk on an otherwise black coffee.

It was popped on an inked background and finished off with a die-cut sentiment.

Just Be Happy

Hi Friends!

A quick post today with some coffee goodness. Given that the days have gone much shorter, colder and more rainy here in the UK, I thought it would be a perfect time to be happy, drink coffee and craft ...

Staying with the wintery theme I opted for a stencilled snowflake background and a festive colour scheme for my coffee cup.
