GDT at the Sisterhhood of Snarky Stampers

Hi Crafty Friends!

I'm honoured to have been invited to be the guest designer over at Sisterhood Of Snarky Stampers for their new challenge #209. Here is my GDT piece ...

#209 - U is for Underwater

Ooops, underwater was a bit challenging and had me take a deep dive into my stash to find a few stamps I could use in my creation.

I created a background using brusho powders and added a bit of stencilling and stamping. Fuzzy cutting the meermaid was rather delicate work, but well worth it. I finished off with some sequins and one of Chris' sentiments from her new stamps.

Pop over to the Sisterhood to check out how their DT interpreted the challenge theme and, of course, to join the fun.

That's it from me for today.

Wishing you a lovely weekend!
hugs
Monika 💕

here is what I used:
Evolution stencil and Some Snark stamp set by STAMPlorations
bubble stamp by Create A Smile stamps
all other stamps are from a set which came with a magazine a few years ago

  2. Love your card, Monika! I also found this a tricky one - if only I'd found a beautiful mermaid stamp in my collection. Thanks for being our queen, Jo x

  4. Your underwater scene looks amazing! Kudos for fussy cutting the mermaid...my eyes would have gone cross eyed after that. LOL! Of course, I love and appreciate you using one of my stamp sets for your sentiment. Thanks so much for being our Queen at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers!
