The ATCs from STAMPlorations' Paper Goods range are perfect for such quick cards. Essentially all one needs to add is a sentiment and some subtle background.

My background was stamped using one of STAMPlorations retired sets called Vignette: Grunge Floral strips. Ink used is Periwinkle Prism ink.

My base card is only 10 cm x 10 cm, so this layout could be used to make a topper for a larger square card too.
